Live Customer Service

At Live, we take customer service very seriously and it doesn’t end after the initial call. Whether you’re one of our key customers coming back year after year, or looking for products on a one-off basis, our approach remains the same: it’s your project and we’ll work with you to achieve your goals.

We have a dedicated Customer Service Centre, staffed with thoroughly experienced account and project managers, and contract co-ordinators. These co-ordinators make sure everything happens as smoothly as possible for you, skilfully guiding you from your initial enquiry all the way to the project’s completion. You won’t be expected to shuttle back and forth between different contacts within the company.

Our account managers can draw on experience from having worked in a variety of different industries - it helps them find insights and new perspectives when looking for solutions to your particular needs.

Our specialist project management team will work with you to specify the optimum solution and choose the most cost-effective products that meet your requirements. They can offer you a free site inspection and survey, and produce detailed site drawings. Risk assessments are carried out for each specific site, allowing us to identify and control any potential hazards.

For complex installations, we’ll assign a project manager to your site to oversee the work and provide you with a single on-site point of contact to make sure that the project goes ahead smoothly.
