Lion Wins it's Largest Ever Trakway Contract

Following a complex, three-way tender for LAMMA, the UK's main agricultural machinery show, LION are delighted that Briefing Media have awarded us an exclusive contract for temporary roadways and flooring until 2017.

The event, held at the East of England Showground will utilise up to 55,000m2 of aluminium trakway within the six main marquees and approx. 14,000m2 for temporary roadways, off loading areas, walkways and car parking. Senior Account Manager, Paul Murdoch said "it’s our largest project to date and for an event held at the sector's quietest time of year, there was some extremely fierce competition. We were awarded the contract on merit and the unique benefits of our trakway system. This massive award reflects our position as the Pioneers of portable roadways and cements the team's experience as the leading experts in the sector."

LAMMA’s operations manager Stuart Favill explained, “After a trial run of the LIONtrack system at the 2014 show, we chose this solution across the site. It’s robust enough to withstand our exhibitor’s heaviest equipment and by design has the ability to cope with all weathers.”

“LAMMA is now the largest annual trade show in the UK and 2015 is set to be the 'Biggest ever'. Regards LION, they are a friendly and professional team with a family atmosphere. This is testimony to their work ethic and evident from office to site. All in all LION make it an easy choice, giving me confidence in the total package and the 'One stop shop' I can rely on.”
