£20m investment into Live
Live has now completed a radical quality overhaul programme, following the commitment from parent company A-Plant to invest £20million into the company.
The business which has depots throughout the UK and Germany has conducted a major restructure to streamline activity, removing any process that doesn’t add value to the customer. This includes the decommissioning of old products and recycling their aluminium to make brand new products, including 18,000 of their award-winning LION panel.

As well as a full office refurbishment to unite the previous LION and Eve teams, Live has invested over £1m in additional stock of their modern answer to the traditional bog mat, Emtek. This completes Live Trakway’s portfolio of portable roadways; from lightweight plastic pedestrian systems and medium-duty vehicle aluminium systems, to this heavy-duty timber mat for wetlands and steel track vehicle use. Together with Live's bridges and pontoons, every type of access challenge is covered.
Industry veteran and Live’s MD Dale Robinson explains:

With a fleet of new installation vehicles and a brand new state-of-the-art wash plant from Germany, Live has geared up for what is already proving to be a record summer season.
